You must be at least 16 years old to use DogBeach. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Beach Information & Pets

Beach details, amenities, and dog-friendliness are provided for general information and may not always be accurate or up to date. Rules and access can change. Always confirm local regulations and leash requirements before visiting, and you are solely responsible for the safety and behavior of your pet at all times.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, logos, and software, is owned by DogBeach and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding without prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that beach information will be accurate or complete.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DogBeach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service or your visit to any beach listed on it.

8. Termination

You may stop using DogBeach at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of DogBeach after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
